A lady at work, Delores, has a new baby granddaughter, Ava Noelle, Her mother's middle name is Noelle.

Personally, Ava is my favorite girl's name and I'm planning on most likely using it in the future. No matter how popular it's getting, I think it's so elegant and feminine.

I love the name Ava =)

I'll probably never use it if I have a girl though. It's already 'taken' amongst another family member's child, plus I don't think it flows well with our last name.

I like that the baby has the same middle name as the mother.

I'm not a fan of it. I think it's strange on little girls and makes me think of Eva Gabor (Zsa Zsa Gabor's sister). not that there's anything wrong with them...I don't know.

I do like the name Ava Noelle in general, though.

That you should go with whatever you feel in your heart is beautiful. I just had a run in with a moron that thought I actually WANTED their opinion on what I've decided to name my child.
So basically......I think that people generally tend to not think for themselves enough and a lot of people act like sheep.
So you choose a name you'll be happy with:D
After all, you do have to go through the delivery.

I just really feel in my heart that it is your choice and other people ...if they don't like the name you choose, then they should try and have one of their own and name it themselves:D

Yes, Ava's pretty even if it's getting super-popular. I also like Noelle (but I'd spell it just Noel, probably) and for that matter, I like Dolores, sp. this way. ^^
