Brighid is a real name. I doubt her parents were just trying to be creative.

I'm sure somewhere there are (or there will be) babies named Aoeirhoeihg, Prjiuonvenu and Rehqnaby... coming from random keyboard punching, like I just did.

some of these names are from different countries/cultures, so they are weird to us here in the US. for instance: Saara is the Finish form of Sarah, Amina is Arabic... Abderrahaman and Mostafa are also Arabic.

McKiah isn't awful, but maybe spelled like Makeya or something lol. but almost anything with MC in the front makes it sound like a McDonald's menu item haha.

Drewdouglas? LOL wtf.

and i never understood naming your kids (twins or not) the same name, just reversed (Alexaris Caryna, Caryna Alexaris). maybe it's a cultural thing?

oh, i know you didn't say they were weird lol. i should've said that they are very uncommon to us in the US, since they are predominately found overseas. but Amina/Aminah is pretty popular in my area, though, where there is a pretty large population of Muslim people. i know two or three little girls named that who are all under 3-4yrs old.

Saara is Finish, Saarah is Arabic, you are correct. when i tried searching Saarah, Saara kept coming up lol. but in a babyname book i have, Saarah is in there as being Arabic.

McKaleb and McKiah make me want to cry. Don't people understand that the "Mc" prefix is Irish and Kaleb and Kiah, under no circumstances, are Irish Gaelic names? Argh.

Although Drewdouglas is kind of funny. Poor kid.

I just had twins 3 months ago. We named them Tyler James and Jason Ryan. The most common question I get from people when they realize we have twins is "What are their names?" It is amazing when the look on their face shows they are surprised or disappointed even that they do not match!!

I did not want my kids names to serve as a riddle. Lets see: If one boy is named Tyler, what is his twin's name? Oooh, Oooh, I know! Tyson! (My mom DID suggest this. Not a chance!)

I just looked on the website and saw even more!

Two sets of twins: Conner, Colin, Cody and Cole

Kennedy Claire and Kelsey Blaire

What is the fascination of having matching multiple names?!
