Peter and Timothy sound best with Calvin; Calvin William sounds a little repetitive, but it could still work, depending on the surname. I like Calvin Timothy the best.
I like Calvin a lot. It reminds me of Calvin & Hobbs and A Wrinkle in Time.
Love Calvin, and part of that is because of Calvin and Hobbes- the association doesn't bother me at all. We'd seriously consider it for a boy except it sounds ridiculous with our last name.
I'm not a huge fan of Calvin, but I've gotten used to it because I have a co-worker named Calvin. He's a jittery intellectual in his 20's with a Master's in Philosophy...so that's pretty much what I think of when I hear the name.
