I had a daughter in August and would like some feed back. I named her Serenity. My family has been bugging me a lot lately about what i'm going to do for a nick name. Ahh.. I don't know, I have yet to hear any good suggestions.
Some on the list are Erin, Serin, Ren, Nity.. since her middle name is Cadence, some relatives have just been calling her Cady.
Any other suggestions?

I think nicknames typically develop by themselves. She'll probably be Cady.

Date: 2008-02-14 01:33 pm (UTC)For example- my mother calls me Alicia Pea, my sister Keary Doodle (her name is Kearstyn).. Sometimes just Pea, Doodle.. Leesha, Keary.
It'll develop over time, and people will always call her what they please anyhow, so I wouldn't worry about it.
She's only 6 months old, after all. Don't give her name confusion yet! ;)
