It is spunky, sometimes annoyingly so. Mostly I think it's a good name, but it's just not one I like enough to use myself.

I also like Chloe better, which I think is more beautiful though unfortunately more popular (or was... might be falling off the last couple years?)

I don't like it. I don't like most names that start with Z (I don't like Zachary either) for some reason. Plus, I have a really hard time picturing Zoe on anyone over eight years old. It's the same with Chloe. They seem like kid names, but not adult names.
