I love the name Peyton for a girl. It is, by far, my favorite name.

However, I am having issues of finding a boys name that doesn't match it too much....since I tend to like a lot of names for both sexes that end in n and are 2 syllables

So would Peyton having a brother with a name like Nathan, Eamon, Justin or Gavin be too much?

Or should I avoid two syllable n ending names if I do use Peyton. I an not in love with any of my boys names but love Peyton

Michael
Zachary
Nicholas
Addison
Wyatt
Aaron
Lucas
Isaac
Isaiah
Elijah
Taylor
Tyler
Kieran

These are all names that I came up with in like two seconds that would go well with Peyton.

But, I think the ones you listed would be fine. Nathan is a bit iffy but Justin, Eamon and Gavin sound good.

i think peyton and nathan rhyme a little too much, but the others seem alright.

Maybe a good alternative to names ending in en would be those ending in er...
Carter
Sawyer
etc...

They have the same feel as the others I think, but are different enough to be perfect with Peyton.

Good Luck.

I think Nathan and Eamon (if pronounced Ay-mon) are a bit much because the first vowel sound is the same as Peyton, but Justin and Gavin are fine.

I've considered this a bit, seeing as our little Peyton will be here in just 3 weeks. I think as long as it's not TOO rhymey, then it's okay, like Peyton and Ashton would be a no no. Peyton and Gavin sounds fine together, the others sound fine too :)

I don't really like it when names are too similar sounding. At the daycare I work at there used to be a sib set named Peyton & Trenton..blah.
