Emily Claire is gorgeous, but I don't like the hyphen. Eleanor, Madeleine, and Sophie are three of my favorites. I also sort of like Lauren, but not enough to use myself.

I don't like Cecily; I love Celia and Cecilia, though.

I've always thought Eleanor was ugly and old. Sopie and Madeleine are very pretty, however. Cecily is also nice though I prefer Cecilia. Not really a fan of traditional or hypenated names so Emily-Claire does nothing for me, and I think Lauren is very plain.

I love them all except Cecily. And I don't mind Cecily, I just think the others are much better. Although I prefer just Claire to Emily-Claire.

I like them all to a degree, except for Lauren. Lauren makes me think of the 80's and snotty girls I knew growing up. Ugh.

Cecily - Just sounds elegant and lovely.
Madeleine - So classic.
Eleanor - One of my favorite names (although I prefer the spelling Elinor).
Sophie - Pretty. Not one of my favorites, and it's rather popular right now, but it's pretty.
Emily-Claire - I agree with some other posters who have said that they like it better without the hyphen, but I think it is beautiful.

i like eleanor the best out of all of them, but prefer the spelling elinor. emily claire is a beautiful pairing, but i'm not too fond of hyphenated or double first names.
