Kaija
Kaisa
Kajsa

Kaija is pronounced like Kaya, and Kajsa and Kaisa are pronounced the same (kind of kye-za).

Which do you prefer?

I've only heard Kaisa pronounced with a KYE sound at the start, which I prefer.

Here is a sound sample of how Kaisa's said (http://www.sci.fi/~kajun/finns/Samples/kaisa.wav) in Finland. (It won't play for me on IE, but it worked fine on Firefox.)

I think Kaija is quite pretty, I prefer it to the Kaya spelling, which I find to be rather unsubstantial.

I love Kaisa, it's the name of Serafina Pekkela's Daemon in Phillip Pullman's Dark Materials Trilogy.

YES! Some of my favorite books. I like Kaisa the best out of those three names, and it's all because of Serafina Pekkala's Daemon!
