I would spell Lia correctly, unless it was a short for something (like Aurelia).

i like the spelling Lia-- it is spelled like it sounds

I like Lia Grace. My name is Lia, but spelled Leah. It was originally going to be spelled Lia but my parents changed it very abruptly. I've always wanted to start using the Lia spelling. I really like Angela Marguerite, too!
