See I'm waiting to fall in love with a new name (besides my top 3 for boys and girls) but it's not happening...
I wonder if I should start from scratch going to websites and writing down all the names I like

I hope so, but I'm wondering how people here get inspired by names.
Do you just look til you find one, and if so where, on websites or in books, or do you just stumble upon one when you least expect it

that's how my hubby and I came across Eleanor, while watching an episode of The Simpsons (turns out that's the crazy cat lady's name)

I was feeling that way for the last two weeks or so, but I came across a Welsh name I hadn't heard before (one of many, I'm sure) that I really liked; Iestyn. I'm still a bit down, since I so seldom hear new-to-me names that I like, but at least I'm reassured that they're out there.

What has me even more down is the unfulfilled desire to hear new names that Hubby likes as well. Those names are probably a figment of my imagination.

That's actually what it's more like. I know there are names out there that I like alot but I've suggested them all to him and he doesn't like any so I'm looking for that magical perfect name that I will love and he will love as well.

People seem to be saying that you just have to wait until you chance to hear a new name.

Yeah, I sometimes feel that way too.
But every once in a while I discover a name I have never heard before, which leads me to think that there must be more of those out there! =)
