I don't like the spelling of Mia/Meya, but I think the names sound good together. A friend on mine wanted to name her baby Simone, but the father insisted it be spelled C'mone. Thankfully the baby got a different name.
Hahaha. Everybody will pronounce it Mey-uh (or May-uh, or... well, you get the point).
As a fun additional bonus of the weird spelling, the above pronunciation means "sock" in Portuguese. Could be worse, but just hope she doesn't travel to Brazil any time soon!
