Middle names for May
Jan. 22nd, 2008 12:02 amI was set on using May as a middle name for a hypothetical future daughter, but recently I've become pretty sure that I want to use it as a first name instead. To me, it has all the factors I look for in a name: I like the sound, it's an established name, it's not popular (not even in the top 1000), and it has a lot of meaning for me.
The only problem is, I can't think of a good middle name for it. The two middle names I like most (Ruth and Jane) are also one syllable, and I want to stay away from that. I thought of Elizabeth, but I'm not sure if it flows that well. Right now I'm thinking Vivian, because I like its meaning, and it seems to go pretty well with May.
Of course, I still have plenty of time to decide, but I was wondering if you guys could possibly think up some other middle name options for May? People in this community are really good at this!
