What are some names you have used for Sims families?

Here's my current family:
Zack and Alyssa (parents)
Violet, Birdie, Imogen, Nicolette and Israel (kids)
Shiloh, Poppy and Mattias (future kids, gotta plan ahead ;-) )

My sister has a family named:
Calvin and Mandee (parents)
Cadence (girl) and Kiefer

I really love Israel and Poppy.

But I've never played Sims.

I'm lame and I make my friends, haha.
I haven't played on the Sims for the longest time. I've lost the discs somewhere.

I forget the parents' names, but their daughters were Sonya and Nadine, and they had a dog named Ducky.

I am playing 2 families right now.

The Normans:
Tracy married Scott and they had: (great-grandparents...I modeled Tracy after me)
Ruby, Austin, and Lucas (Children)
Lucas married Jane and had:
Miley and Johanna (grandchildren)
Johanna married Kevin and had:
Isobel and ??? (great grandchildren, and she's pregnant again)

The Rockos:
Eric married Elle and they had:
Andrew, Velma and Wilbur (twins) and Brody

and their cats name is Michael =)

Currently I have the Carter family; Jordan & Chloe, & they've had 3 daughters so far - Violet, Celina & Isabel, and they're pregnant again (dad wants to marry off 6 kids!) They have a little beagle named Enna.

I've got a big book of almost 5 thousand names, so when I'm making new characters, I flip to a random page a pick a name. I have to keep the name, though, so it makes for some interesting combinations (I have a program that spits out a random last name, too):

Micah Jones
Babette Manuel

Those are the only interesting ones, but I like them.

I do the same thing! Whenever i needa name I open a name book I have and pick one on the page that I like.

i tend to go for the more common ones though.

I named a lot of my Sims. Chris, Sarah..things like that.

Cats: Momoko (dead, but her ghost still floats around haha), Bella
Dog: Sam

I didn't take the Sims to school though, because I would have wasted all my time on it. So they're waiting for me when I get back home! I think I like the Sims so much because I get to name the families. That and building the houses.

Two families I'm playing:

Daniels
Grandparents: Harold and Regine
Parents: Jared and Lola
Kids: Ruby and Karolina

Sancher
Parents: Carlo and Melodie
Kids: Chiara, Billy, Merrie, Teo and Cillian

Billy and Ruby are going to get married and have kids with weird names.

Bill and Ruby just had a baby named Tone.

I played the Sims ALL weekend with this family:

Hazelnut (m) married Chris (f)
And their kids: Chai (m), Soy (m) and Milk (f) (twins), Coffee (m), and Macadamia (f)
Chris's spawn from an affair: Mocha (f) (she was ugly so she had to have an "accident")
Hazelnut's alien baby: Mint (f)
They also have a cat named Spice (f)

I kind of have a theme going on. ;)

Usually I make my Sims based on TV characters (I have the entire cast of Law & Order: SVU living in my Downtown!), but here are some of my originals:

Blair married Benjamin and had Kimberly.

De'Love O'Christ married Monoxide (names taken from this community) and had kids Brian and Kacie.

Aurelia (I wanted her to be evil so I gave her a name I hate!) has a daughter named Kaylen (not sure how I spelled it, haha!)

I have a lot more, but I can't remember them right now because I've been so focused on my SVU Sims.

I've always loved the name Poppy, but I can't imagine using it. It's a guilty pleasure.

I forget the son's name. He was adopted and I didn't get to name him, either.
