Sex and the City star Chris Noth and his girlfriend, actress Tara Wilson, have welcomed a baby boy, his rep tells Usmagazine.com.

Orion Christopher Noth was born Friday and weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz.

"I am happy to confirm that Chris Noth and Tara Wilson are the proud parents of a happy and healthy baby boy," his rep tells Us. "Chris and Tara are thrilled and all are doing well."

WDYT?

It's a little odd, but it could be worse.

I like it a lot. And if he thinks it's too weird at some point in his life, he can always go by Ryan, or his middle name.

Eh, it's okay. I don't hate Orion, but I think Ryan Christopher Noth would have been much nicer, haha.

my friend just named her son Asher Orion... i guess Orion will start to be one of those names that people use when they want something 'unique' but not totally out there lol.

Orion is a really nice name. Orion Christopher sounds really good together, but Orion Noth? Not a fan.

It's not a surname, a medieval occupation, a 'cool' sounding noun, or a fruit. I'm impressed.

I'm not a fan...I just don't like Orion. And besides, Orion Noth sounds strange.
But you're right; it could've been worse!

I like Orion (guilty pleasure name, though), and Christopher's all right, and Orion Christopher even sounds fine, but Orion Noth sounds kinda funny.
