Does anyone have any idea how one would pronounce the name BEAGAN? It is Scottish and means "small." Does it sound like "begin?" Or more like Raegan, with a b? Like Bay-gin (with a hard g). Or something entirely different?

I am possibly adopting a second small dog, and looked up names that mean "small." My current dog is MADDEN, which is Irish and means "little dog."

I am also open to any other name suggestions. Something that means something either to do with a dog, or being small, or anything else, really. I prefer unisex names. My Madden is a little girl, which confuses people, who seem to expect her to be a boy with that name, or think that I must be pronouncing her name wrong, and the call her Madeline. Ugh. :-/ But, I'm cool with correcting people, on both her gender and name (I wouldn't do this to an actual baby. I have sort of a guilty pleasure thing for unisex names, and wanna use them on my critters instead of kids)

Next to Dan, I think Erica/Erika is one of the most popular names among people I know. Here are a couple first/middle name combos.

Erica Lynn (This one is actually on my list of liked names)
Erica Anne
Erica Renee
