Stole the idea from someone else's post about the "Real Cheaper By the Dozen" family. I'm gonna list my dad's side of the family. I'm not putting spouses because, well...divorce/remarriage runs rampant in my family. It'd get too confusing after awhile.
Bold is grandma and grandpa. Regular is their kids. Italics are their grandkids. Underlined is their great grandkids.
PS- The kids aren't in the correct birth order...I can't REMEMBER the correct birth order half the time. "Interesting" stories behind names marked with *

*Her mother wanted to name her Cheltsea, but couldn't figure out how to spell it.
**So named because "NO child of ~husband~ was going to have a WHITE name." So, my cousin wasn't allowed to name them Jordan and Kyle, like she wanted to.

Chelsea is the correct spelling, though...

Okay, I get it now. I actually thought of that right after I posted. I guess Chelsea can kind of sound like 'Cheltsea' when you say it, but... yeah. XD

There's no "correct spelling" when it comes to names. People can spell their children's names anyway they like.

Perhaps you meant 'traditional spelling'?

Um, no, I meant correct. Chelsea is the correct spelling. It's a place in London. You're allowed to spell your kids' names wrong if you want to, but it's still not correct.

I still hold that there's no 'correct' way to spell a child's name. I had no idea that Chelsea was a place in London, and a lot of people using the name won't be naming their girls after the place in London. As far as phonetics go, Chelsie, Chelsey, and Chelsee are just as 'correct' as Chelsea.

If I'm legally named Chelsie, and someone spells my name Chelsea on a form -- they're spelling it wrong, not me.

Well as far as phonetics go, any word could be spelt wrong, and as long as it sounded the same it would be phonetically correct. But if you see a company named 'Kornerr Storre', and you spell it 'Corner Store', then yeah, technically you're spelling the company's name wrong, but the company's name is misspelt in the first place.

But hey, a lot of people don't care. The vast amount of kids with bizarrely spelt names can attest to that.

I find Adam and Eve to be really strange and slightly disturbing in a sibset.

I don't think I would even use the ones I listed. ^^ I like them, though. Margaret, Doris, and Scott are in my family as well. So is Austin, but he spells it Austen.

I just need to hurry up and find a baby daddy, so I can start having kids...before all the good names get taken.

Haha! I have that same thought sometimes, even though I should have other priorities.

The whole sibset is disturbing, as the biblical Seth was the biblical Adam and Eve's first son after Cain and Abel :D

I love Larissa, but it'd be too similar to my own name (Melissa).
