A big thank you to those who posted to my previous entry. My hubby and I talked it over and in general we actually get a lot of good responses about the middle name Cash. I know people don't like it and that is cool. I also know that Ava Elizabeth is common but both of those names have meaning to them. Ava is my late great-grandma who I am identical to and Elizabeth has two meanings...one the godmother/grandmother figure (my mom is passed so the baby has someone whom she/he can call grandma on my side plus the lady who is my cousin is the godmother) her middle name is Elizabeth and a different cousin and I have the same middle name of Jo so we decided one day that we both will middle name our daughters Elizabeth (if we both have girls). Now here is another thing...the more I hear the name Addison (although becoming popular) I am liking it as Ava Addison. So to you all does Ava Addison Elizabeth H. sound right to you? Our last name sounds like Holts although spelt differently. If it is a boy we are pretty settled on Liam Cash..or it might go Liam Thomas Cash!

Interesting names
Dec. 18th, 2007 10:58 amI've been trying to remember interesting names I see at work. I really should carry a small notebook and write them down! Anyway, here's a few from the past couple days.
Janeric (male b. 1962)
Tay Te'Yannia (female b. 2001) pronounced like Tatiana
Narolyn nn Nan (female b. 1964)
Tarah (female b. 1982)
Ferron (male b. 1986) his first name. He used his middle name Heath, but said Ferron is a family name.
I also saw a girl with the names Regan and Rose. We couldn't figure out which was her first name and which was her last name! Take a guess and I'll post the correct order later. She was born in 2000 if that helps.

Jett for a boy.
And has anyone heard of someone 'famous' naming their child/soon-to-be child Easton? A girlfriend just told me that and my head hit my desk. Rawr. I guess I couldn't expect it to be 'unique' forever.

WDYT?
I saw it in an Issue of Better Home & Gardens. I don't care for it, it just seems kinda strange.

Dec. 18th, 2007 02:38 pmOk well we offically found out today that our baby is a girl so me and my husband have been toying with names for a bit. First off my husband likes the name Ryan for a girl, are their any girlier spellings?
I am not sold on it. My front runners are Audrey, Madeline and Avery but he isn't sold on any of them so any suggestions?
I want something that is easy to spell but not TOO common. I am pretty traditional in taste so anything is welcome! Our last name starts with an L. Thanks in advance.
