Having a girl, middle name must be Rose.

Having a boy, first name will be Levin (some cultural thing, I don't know)
So, Levin _________ Sahr
ETA: They want something "different", their original mn was Danger, but I laughed so hard they nixxed it.

Hello!

My partner and I were discussing boys' names (we don't know the sex yet) and he really likes the name 'Spike'. I think it's cute, but as a nickname. I don't know if it would be fair to give a boy a nickname as a first name? I suggested it as a second/middle name but he said he hates the idea of calling a kid by his middle name.

So, are there names that could be shortened to 'Spike'? Or names that have a similar sound or feel or do you all think Spike is fine as a first name?
