Have any of you tried 'suggestion' sites such as Nymbler.com or Babynamegenie.com ? Neither one is fantastic, but they are fun to play with...

Here are some of the boy names that were suggested:

Aldric
Alden
Constantin
Dominic (Already on my list)
Evander
Edwin
Franklin (Already on my list)
Gavin
Galen, Jaylen (same name, traditional spelling/pronuciation vs modern)
Naomhan, Nevan (traditional Welsh vs English version)
Fintan
Clark
Taliesin (Welsh name I'm debating the pronuciation of - I want to put the emphasis on the seond, but always come out on the third)

WDYT?

I like Alden, Dominic, Franklin, Galen, and Clark. Fintan could grow on me, I think.

Jaylen is awful.

I know a guy named Alden and a guy named Taliesin. He pronounces his name "Tal-uh-sin" with a little less emphasis on the uh in the middle.

Taliesin (tal-ee-AY-sin) was a mythological Welsh Bard/Poet.

I like the name, myself, but with my group of friends, it might be seen as pretentious...

Frank Lloyd Wright named his architecture studios in Wisconsin and Arizona Taliesin and Taliesin West, respectively; you might get a number of people who recognize the name from that. It's the first result on a google search.

I've always heard Tal-ee-EH-sin.

Taliesin is the name of the theatre at my uni, pronounced Ta-lee-ess-in. I've never heard of it as a name for a person before though.
