That's how I felt too.

I just chose the first option because it's a name I know I wouldn't use for a child. My opinion was without judgment on those who WOULD use the name, though.

I love your userpic! I named my daughter Lorelai after the show and we all call her Rory(her birthdate is one day before Rory's on the show, same time of birth).

I can only hope that she will be ANYTHING like the character on the show. So sweet and innocent and smart and driven. And i can definately see some of the mother in me. I ran away from home(at 16), dropped out of school, got pregnant at a young-ish age(20) and am now back in school trying to make something of myself. I hope that my daughter and i are as close as they were. Heck, even half as close ^_^

I don't necessarily think it is a bad name, but I live in a town where the only grocery store in the town is named Jubilee. If I heard a kid named that, I would probably think of the grocery store first.

I think it's awful. It looks like you're trying way too hard to be unique with the name, and it's eighty times worse than most of the other adjective/feeling/word names.
