Very womanly, sensual meaning too, Tanith was the goddess of moon, love and stars.

Its a funky name. It reminds me of the children's novel called 'Tanith' by Sherryl Jordan, about a girl who lives with wolves (I think).

Oh, Tanith is one of my favourite names EVER! I love it. I'm pretty sad I won't be able to use it because my other half's surname also ends in -th and I think it'd sound odd :(
