they are friends of a friend, and they named their son Jay-ley (prn like Jay-lee). i mean, the concept is cute, combining names... but... Jay-ley?!

I feel like I'd like many of these if they had fewer letters. Sanai is interesting in a good way, Mickaila is icky, and the two Y's in Sumayyah are weird, but it's easy enough to pronounce. SavannaRose would be alright if it were two words. Jay'Inah, Tushyla and Guerson are icky.

Ger-son. It's quite common in South America. I teach a boy by that name, and he was named after his father (they spell it 'Gerson', though).

I knew a girl called Soumaya, and I like that spelling better. She was from Pakistan, I believe. It's a beautiful name, and it suited her perfectly.

I also like Elijah Loris & Briana Marie, only I like it better spelled Brianna. I'm getting really fond of that name.
