I think that boy would probably wind up getting called by his last name (I mean, not that most boys don't do that anyway)--it's just hard to say. It's not something you can call out with ease.
I like it...but i'd probably never use it. I could only imagine how badly everyone would mispronounce it, and i can just see "Whats your name?" "Kian" "Kegan?" "kian." "oh okay. Nice to meet you Keegan =)" happening =P
i would pronounce it as Ky-in, if i was reading it without your prn. there beside it... because Rian is an alternate spelling of Ryan, & is said like Ry-in lol.
but then again, i usually prn. Ian as Ee-in... so... haha, i don't know.
