I like a lot of these, especially Amethyst, Ruby, Jade and Sapphire.

I wouldn't actually use most of them on a real person, though ... in a family I was playing on the Sims, I named all of the children after gemstone related words, and I have used almost all of these so far hehehe.

Sapphire- I guess, but I know a transvestive called Sapphire who wears the most outrageous clothes so.. no!

Emerald- My friend is called Emma Auld.. basically Emerald so I think of her and smile.. but im not sure I like it as a first name!
