I love Jacob with the nickname Jake. I'd never use Jake as a name itself, though. I don't like it when people use nicknames as full names. It just seems like there is no room for growth.

I also really like Ethan, Nathan, Gavin, Ian, Henry, and Jason/Jacen with the nickanme Jace.
