We're set on Anders Joseph and I'm liking Liam Michael a lot but my husband isn't a huge fan of it. Thoughts? Our last name is Dealy. (Pronounced daily)

Well I really love them both. Great names.

I really like both names, and I think they go well together. They also sound good with your last name. The only thing that could be a (minor) disadvantage is the fact that the names Liam & Michael kind of blend together when you say them out loud (Liamichael).

I prefer William, and then you could use Liam as a nickname.

Seconded. My thought was that the OP's husband might like it better. And to me, just-Liam sounds sort of short for a full name, but I love it as a nn.

I agree with [livejournal.com profile] sandtree: I'd go with William Michael and call him Liam as a nickname. Liam is awfully popular lately (I know, William is, too, but wait for my argument, haha), but with William, he has a few other nickname choices; with Liam as a given name, he's kind of stuck with that.

Liam sounds unfinished to me. William is a great name, though.

How about Parker, Weston, Carson, or Kellen?

I don't like how Liam ends with M and Michael starts with M. But I like both names on their own.

I think they might have a tendency to run together, what with the two m's right in a row, but other than that, I love that name!
