Just joined today and quite happy about that!! I've always had a certain fascination with names and even though i'm 18 and not planning on any children, i'd LOVE to start making a list of names i adore, so i hope y'all dont mind!!

I have a bizarre name myself...

Ranirose, Rani for short =)

the "rose" part was supposed to be my middle name... but they put it together with my first name on my birth certificate... hahaha alittle bit of a mistake! but hey, i like it, so i decided to keep it. My parents let me make the decision, which as nice of them. Well actually, my sister named me, but thats a WHOLE different entry for a different day!

Rani = RAH ni (like Ronnie or Ronny or any other Roni alternative you can think of, its all said the same)

I HAVE AN OBSESSION with the name Stanton. I absolutely LOVE that name... but cant find a suitable middle name. I was thinking Gabriel, but i feel that makes the whole name too busy... i feel like it needs to be simpler... ideas?

I worked with a lady named Jeronica, nickname Roni.

Rani is cute, but would prefer Rose to be separate from it, as in Rani Rose. Definitely unique! I personally like the name Lani (pronounced the same) with Rose as well. Lani means Heavenly, btw.

I know a lot of Israelis named Rani/Roni. I think it's a pretty name!

At first, I read it as Rainrose :P
Probably I would like it better if it were Rani Rose, but I like Rani :)
