I think the order is decent mostly because the bad stuff seems to have settled down to the bottom. After (and including) Kaia, it's all pretty bad, with the exception of Jessica. Above that, it's all pretty good, with the exception of Quinn.

I don't hate the order it ended up in, but the hate for Justine puzzles me. I really love that name. Stella's my other favorite on this list.
