Mayetta sounds like the town I live in (Marietta, GA) with a super thick southern accent.
I am a groomer in the Atlanta area and I have 3 dogs that come in named Mayetta, Dekata, and Lana all super southern pronuciations of cities in Georgia Marietta (Mary-etta) Decatur (duh Kay tour) and Atlanta.
