I thought so too at first, but then there are a bunch of names like that with various Xs. (And no space between them.) So I don't think it's the surname - not sure what it could be except a really bad naming trend.

Avigayil is perfectly legitimate. It's Hebrew. The English version is Abigail. :-)

I have actually heard Elysabelle once before, but it was spelled Elisebelle. I also heard Irisabelle.

Not anymore. I was born in Ontario, moved to Quebec for about 10 or so years, and then moved back to Ontario before high school. I live in the Outaouais region though, so I'm fairly close to Quebec still.
