So I'm new here. We found out that we've supposedly got a boy on the way. Our last name is Maynard. He's Blackfoot American Indian, and I know his dad is proud of that, so I wanted something more 'Indian' sounding. I can't really find any Blackfoot names. But as far as non-Indian names, my husband likes:

Christian James Maynard
Tristan James Maynard
Maxwell Robert Maynard
James Robert Maynard Jr.

We've been calling him Max now, but I'm not 100% I like it. Max Maynard is a strong sounding name, like a CEO type, a take charge kinda guy.

Are you by any chance a TOOL or Perfect Circle fan? The lead singer is Maynard James Keenan. I love both bands and the name sounded backwards to me :)

Haha... my husband's name is James Maynard... he is so tired of hearing that comparison. He HATES Tool but I love Perfect Circle...

My name's Carey so usually we get "huhuhuhuh... Jim Carey". :|
