Two names that I saw recently, and I was wondering what you thought. I would never use either, but they both struck me as interesting.

Neil Gaiman's (not sure how you spell the surname) middle name is Kindred.
Angelina Jolie's mother was called Marcheline (prn. Marsh-a-line, I think)

WDYT?

Kindred sounds like it could be a hippie name.

And Marcheline sounds too much like Michelin tires to me. Sorry!

ooh Neil Gaiman <33

I kinda like the name Kindred.. it sounds a bit hippy-ish.. but I think it would make a cute girls name..

and Marcheline I like. Only problem is, no one would know how to pronounce it... you'd get the 'march-eh-lin' 'marsh-eh-lin' 'march-line' stuff...

I read a name similar to Marcheline (maybe it was, in fact, Marcheline) in a book, once. I kind of hated it. The character went by March, anyway, which is a little better.
