Date: 2007-11-14 08:41 pm (UTC)Sterling has negative connotations to me (I knew a girl named that, although I know you have it listed for a boy.) But pretty much all your names I think are great. I can't blame you for being protective of them. :-) Good taste.

Gemma
Genevieve Evie)
Tamsin
Thalia
Corinne
Rowan
Ones I found interesting, because I'd never heard them as (first) names before were:
Morgandy - could be a nice name if I got used to it, I suppose.
Gentry - I can't imagine this as a name at all. How did you get the idea that it might be good as a name?
Harlow - unfortunately reminds me of a (quite cruel) experiment on monkeys, as this the surname of the psychologist behind it.

Date: 2007-11-14 11:45 pm (UTC)Emreigh Anya- It sounds nice, the flow is satisfying but Emreigh looks tacky and trendy.
Gemma- Always hated the name Gmma, no real reason
Genevieve (Evie)- Love
Gentry - like the English Gentry? eh?

Date: 2007-11-15 12:46 am (UTC)Greyson - Not my favorite either.
Kingston - I wouldn't use it as a first name.
Xavier Layne - I like this name. How would you pronounce it?
Emreigh Anya - Something about this name is really striking to me...in a good way. I can't put my finger on it, though.
Gemma - Not a huge fan. But I can see it being cute on a little girl, nice on a grown woman. :o)
Genevieve - I love this name!
Tamsin - Love it.
Thalia - Beautiful. Thalia was a Greek muse. ;o)
Morgandy - Kinda makes me think of a cross between Morgan and Normandy, haha. Not sure what I think about it.
Corinne - Love it. Like Corinna even more!
Gentry - Not my taste.
Rowan - I LOVE this name, but only on a boy. I can't see it as a girls' name at all.
Kinleigh - I like the sound of it, but something about the spelling makes me cringe. Maybe if it were spelled Kinley or Kinlay? I would use it on a girl.
Harlow - I like this...but I could only see it on a boy, I think.
