Utter disgust

So, I found out today that one of my ex's is having a son within the next few months and naming him Lyric....Sure I have a bias because he's my ex but putting all of that aside I still Headdesked like 5 times in a row...seriously I need a Dr. 

Maybe my bias is just getting in the way because every time I think of him all I think is the word 'stupid' So really this name isn't a surprise to me. Great he's having a child and is happy and all but Lyric?

Am I the only one who thinks this is a totally moronic name for a boy?

I have to admit that I prefer it on a girl (I prefer most L names on girls), but I don't think its a bad name. He can always go my Ric if he hates it.
