Date: 2007-11-06 04:02 pm (UTC)Even before it featured on Grey's Anatomy. Isabel(le) seems boring + a completely different name to me. Maybe it isn't really pronounced differently in English, but here it is. Maybe that's why a lot of people dislike the 'o' spelling so much.
