.
I know all of this might sound a bit crazy, but If I have a kid, I'd like to name him/her somehow after my major musical/artistic inspirations, which are Taylor Hanson and Christina Aguilera.
Now, Taylor's full name is Jordan Taylor, and he's named Jordan Ezra his first born, who goes by Ezra. Christina Aguilera is married to Jordan Bratman and it looks like she's gonna name the child they're expecting after him (rumor has it it's a boy).
So eventually I guess I might take into consideration to use Jordan, at least for a boy (I d.on't like it on girls).
The meaning of the name quite appeals to me, because it means "to flow downward", and "river" is my favorite meaning in a name. I also know my SO wouldn't mind, as he used to be a basketball player and Michael Jordan is one of his idols.
But cutting to the chase, WDYT of the name Jordan? Better as a first name or middle name? What combinations would you suggest? :)
