Abril - Looks like a dyslexic April.
Ailen - Looks like "Aileen" forgot one of her e's.
Aimée - Why the accent?
Akina (this is gonna be my next pet's name =D) - Good for a pet, not for a human. Looks too much like Akita, a breed of dog.
Aksinya - I can't even wrap my mind around this.
Alen - Looks like "Allen" forgot an l.
Allegra - It's okay, but now it's the name of an allergy medication.
Amalia - It's... okay.
Amara - Same as Amalia.
Anabella - I think I like "Annabelle" better.
Angelique - No. Too much like Angelina.
Atiana - Looks made-up and silly.
Astarté - No, no, no.
Avalon - Trashy romance novel name.
Avril - Eh, the association with the annoying pop singer is too strong.
Ayla - Not a fan.
Aysel (moonlight in turkish) - If you're actually Turkish, it'd probably work.
Bonnie Butterfly (a song's title) - ...
Brisa - No.
Camila - Why are you leaving out all of the consonants for normal-ish names?
Casandra (this is a very special name for me, it was the name of my unborn sister =() - Sweet connotation, but again with the missing consonants.
Chaka - OMG, no.
Clover - Too hippie-ish.
Cordelia - Reminds of Anne of Green Gables. It's okay.
Emily - Very common, but pretty. I'm kind of surprised to see it in your list.
Enara - Not so much.
Farina - No.
Fuego (fire in spanish) - It sounds an awful lot like "Faygo," that cheapy soft drink that Juggalos love.
Genesis - Sigh.
Gitane - Nonononono.
Hagumi - Is this Japanese? Are you Japanese?
Hikaru (light in japanese) - See above.
Horizon - Absolutely not.
Hyacinth - Maybe, MAYBE as a middle name.
Ilona - No.
Ilussion - Do you mean "Illusion"? Because if it's spelled this way, it's pronounced "Il-lush-un."
Inara - These names all seem made-up.
Isobel - Pretty. I like the spelling.
Jezabel - Bad connotation. Don't like the z in it.
Jordan - Nah, too trendy.
Josephine - Pretty.
Justine - Compared to a lot of the other names you picked, it's gorgeous.
Kaira - Nah.
Karenina - Blah.

Abril: I'm so fond of April...so I have to say no to Abril.
Ailen : love
Aimée: Ok. By the way, keep the accent! I have no idea why everyone here is so *OMG* about accents, but it is completely normal to me. Especially since Aimee might even be pronounced differently than Aimée
Akina (this is gonna be my next pet's name =D): Not a fan.
Aksinya: See above
Alen: I like the Ailen version better!
Allegra: Pretty
Amalia: Our princess' name. It seems a little old fashioned to me.
Amara: Alright
Anabella: I prefer Annabelle.
Angelique: Not a fan.
Atiana: No. Like Tatiana, I think it's tacky.
Astarté: Strange. I think because the word 'start' is in it.
Avalon: Alright.
Avril: Alright. First thing that pops into my mind is Avril Lavigne though ;)
Ayla: Pretty.
Aysel (moonlight in turkish): Hm...not really. Nice meaning though.
Bonnie Butterfly (a song's title): Nooo! I'm not a fan of Bonnie, but Bonnie Butterfly is just really...no.
Brisa: Not a fan.
Camila: Alright.
Casandra (this is a very special name for me, it was the name of my unborn sister =()I must say that I'm not a fan of Casandra, but you can get a really cute nickname (Cassie!) out of it.
Chaka: No.
Clover: is a plant. And I know daisy and ivy are natural names too, but Clover somehow seems to fall into a whole other category. So no.
Cordelia: Too old fashioned for me.
Emily: Pretty!
Enara: Nah.
Farina: 'farine' is 'flower' (the one you bake cakes with) in French. So no.
Fuego (fire in spanish): Pretty cool.
Genesis: Too obviously Biblical for my taste.
Gitane: no.
Hagumi: Too ethnic.
Hikaru (light in japanese): Again, nice meaning, but too ethic.
Horizon: No. In my opinion, it's one of those words that should not be used as a name.
Hyacinth: Not a fan.
Ilona: Not a fan, but very common here! ;)
Ilussion: See Horizon.
Inara: Nah.
Isobel: Really pretty. Very popular. But really pretty ;)
Jezabel: No.
Jordan: Alright.
Josephine: Ok. Classic!
Justine: Not a fan of 'just' names ;)
Kaira: Alright.
Karenina: Tolstoj! No.
