I like the name Maggie but the husband doesnt. Actually he likes it but he doesnt think it sounds good with our last name, which is Eddy...I think it would be fine and with Grace as a middle name...
so do you all think that Maggie Grace Eddy (pronounced Eddie) sounds good together?

Maggie Eddy is fine, IMO. And if it's the name you both like, use it. It's not truly awful (my parents wanted to name me Emma, but our last name is McKenna. Now THAT would have been bad. *g*) or anything.
Maggie Grace is beautiful...it's also the name of the actress who plays Shannon on "Lost." (Well, I don't know if Grace is her middle or last name.) Just, you know, random name trivia in case it has any effect on your perception of the name.

I've never seen "LOST" and Only heard about it recently but I've always liked the name Maggie Grace :)
I dont like rhyming names! I had a friend who named her daughter Kaylee but her last name was Whaley...
