Belle versus Bella

Isabel. (I know, not on the list, but I hate both spellings, and you could still use Belle)

I don't particularly like any of those names, except Annabelle. But I wouldn't use Belle/Bella, I'd use Annie. I think Belle/a is way too popular lately and it seems like EVERYONE is naming their kid some variation of it -- most commonly Isabelle.

the only time i like the -bella ending is when the -ah sound is not repeated closely. ie: Annabella, Mirabella, Clarabella, Rosabella, Isabella- the As are all close, like i bolded. whereas a name like Gabriella, the As are farther apart. does that make any sense? lol
