My friends of friends have a little girl named Zan. Not ethnic, they made it up. Like Ann with a Z.

WDYT?

Eh, not really.

The way I said it (Chicagoan here, lol) it's too nasal-y.

I like it better spelt Xan, which is a name, I'm pretty sure it comes from the name Xanne, which means bright. Don't quote me on that, though.

I really like it!

I think it is bad and the child will spend her whole life explaining it.

There was a character in the show Roswell named Zan. Zan was not only a boy, but an alien.

I call my son Xan. His name is Alexander. We call him Xander for short. But to shorten it even more, I call him Xan.

I kind of like Zan, but don't care for Xan.
