i really like the name Trenton Foster for a boy. Foster is my husband's middle name, it's a family name on his mom's side...) But the hubby doesn't like it. Any ideas on how to persuade him?? hehe

I don't know I would never force someone to name a child a name that my partner doesn't like.

heh i guess i should edit my post :) I only meant the persuasion part as a sarcastic joke :) hehe I agree with you - i'd never name my child something that we didnt both agree on

Though I think Tristen Foster flows a little more.
If it's a family name then he should want to keep the name going and point out that thats all your trying to do.

I love the name Tristan! I don't think I'd name siblings Tristan and Trenton though, they're a little too similar.

i'm not even pregnant so it's not a REAL issue :) we're ttc though-but if it's anything like my first 2 pregnancies, I will pick a name, and as soon as the baby's born, I will change my mind :)

Foster reminds me too much of Foster Farm's Chicken. With a son already named Tristan, I think Trent would be a better idea. I can see people getting Tristan and Trenton mixed up a lot.

Tell him how nice it would be to keep in on the tradition. I wanted my son's middle name to be James, after my boyfriend, but he didn't want it for some reason.

If we have another boy, his middle name will be James.
