I love the name Marco as a nickname, but it doesn't seem like a proper name to me. Any ideas for a name Marco could be a nn for? I don't like Marcus much, so I'm thinking Mark, which I love but it's a bit plain so I was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas!

On the other hand, I like Angelo, but I can't think of a nickname for it. So any thoughts there would be appreciated too.

These are currently my favourite names:
Angelo Louis (pronounced loo-ee)
Mark Aidan (I LOVE this, but I think it seems boring)
Melanie Elliot
Victoria (Perhaps Lily or Grace for middle name? Nickname Tor)
Helena May

Marco is an italian name of it's own, and here we never shorten it, mostly because our nicknames are already two syllables.
Since you like Angelo, you might be interested in the name Marcangelo. It's extremely rare in Italy.
We also have more common Marcantonio and Michelangelo.

Mark Aidan and Melanie Elliot are very interesting, I like them :)

I agree Marco's a name in its own right. I like Angelo as well. Do you have Italian heritage? I think either is a little strange without some connection.

Mark Aidan is boring. Aidan is SO overused these days.

Melanie Elliot is too rhymey. How about Melanie May? I love May as a middle name.

Melanie Elliot is so cute, but I agree with an above poster that it doesn't flow really well.
Helena May is very pretty.
I have no idea how you could get Marco to be a nn though, sorry. I think it's a fine name on it's own =)

These are currently my favourite names:
Angelo Louis (pronounced loo-ee)- Nice.
Mark Aidan (I LOVE this, but I think it seems boring) - I suppose it's nice.
Melanie Elliot - Elliot is 1) a surname 2) a boys name and sounds terrible with Melanie.
Victoria (Perhaps Lily or Grace for middle name? Nickname Tor) - Lily is turning into a filler, Grace is a filler, but the name is nice.
Helena May - Lovely.

I don't like Melanie Elliot. I like the rest of your names though. I don't know any nicknames for angelo. You could always do Angel or Gelo though.

Marco could be a nickname for Marcaleo or Marcachelo, Marchelo?. I think I'm starting to make up names here.

Since Melanie is my name, I love it! :-) I'm not sure about Elliot. That made me wonder if you were trying to turn Melanie into a boy name. My middle name is Colleen.

Victoria is very pretty too!!

I think it sounds good with a really feminine middle name, like Elliot Rose or something. I really don't know if I'd ever use it though.
