I saw this name posted quite a bit in the A-G Boys Names post, and I was wondering, why do you (and by you, I mean those of you that do) like the name? It's always seems so blahh to me. I mean, Dean? But now that I think about it, it's really growing on me.
So, why do you like the name? What does it remind you of? Or any other question you want to answer pertaining to the name. Thanks!

On the Harper Lee bit, if I ever name a son Jeremy or have a significant other named Jeremy I'm so totally going with the nickname 'Jem.' I absolutely love it.

Date: 2007-09-23 09:57 pm (UTC)I couldn't see myself using the name Dean--it's just a different style than most that I like, I guess--but there's nothing wrong with it. I wouldn't have any preconceived negative associations if I met a person named Dean.
