James -- Jimmy, Jim, Jamie.
Jack -- it is a nick-name already.
Jackson -- the only one I can think of is Jack.

I kid, on all counts. Really, all three are so neutral you could pretty much pair them with ANYTHING and be okay, as long as you don't rhyme or use the last sounds (e.g. Jackson Harrison or Jack Zac).
