What are your thoughts on the name Sela?  I'm naming a character Sela - any thoughts on good middle names?

Also, I was talking to a friend recently, and it made me think of her cousin, whose name sounds like June Angelica (super cute), but is actually spelled June Angel Leeka (or Lika, I forget which).  GAH.

Sela reminds me of Sela Ward...which is good ;)
I think it's an ok name. It's hard to come up with a good middle name though...
Oh, and I like June Angelica better than June Angel Leeka, actually.

Hehe, I had never heard the name Sela before Sela Ward showed up on House. It's grown on me, and I'm giving a character that name, but I'm at a loss for a middle name. (Obviously.)

Sela is cute, but of course, it makes me think of sela ward automatically. not a bad thing, though. just sayin'. i have no comment on the other ;)

I've never heard Sula ... is it pronounced soola, or still like Sela? (I say it as say-la, btw, but I've heard sea-la as well)

I googled Sela and came up with mostly Hebrew/Jewish meanings. Of course I met a boy named Lindsay once, and I'd had no idea it was such a common masculine name - so who knows?
