Mm, yeah, Julia Sarah has a touch too much repetition... my favourite nickname/variation of Sarah is Sadie. I think Julia Sadie is really lovely. :D

Are you looking for something more traditional like Sarah? Something like Julia Leigh or Julia Lynne?

Or are you looking for anything? Like Julia Angelique or something like that?

Julia Sarah is too much "ahhhhh" sound.

One of my favorite combos is Julia Catherine.

Yeah, I don't think it flows.

How about anything but Sarah? Sorry, it's my name, lol.

Since Julia has three syllables, I like the idea of something with one syllable as a middle name.

I have an extremely long name.. I think my parents were crazy at the time. My name is eleven syllables long (including my last name) and 26 letters long.

Maybe something like Mae or Rae. Or Rose... I don't know. Something with one syllable.

Your name is one syllable and two letters longer than mine. I don't mind having a longish name at all.

My name isn't nearly as many syllables (only 6), but it is 21 letters, so I feel you on long names. I went to school with a girl whose name was Magdalena and her last name was four syllables and 13 letters long. She had trouble filling out paperwork sometimes. Ha.
