If you had to choose between these two for a girl, what would it be

Memory or Melody?

Also, wdyt of Rogan for a boy? I really like Logan, and I've just heard this one on tv as a last name.

Defintely Melody.

And Rogan makes me think of Rogaine, to be honest.

Same here, on both counts.

Melody/Melodie.

I used to have a professor named Mr. Rogan. Like the other poster said, most people probably associate it with Rogaine.

Melody. Good friend of mine has the name; she's a VERY grounded, studious person, and the name is a nice uplift to her somewhat in-the-lines personality, if that makes any sense.

Melody is a name that is kind of growing on me. Memory is weird. I don't like Rogan. Logan is nice though.

If a kid's named Memory, they will probably get a lot of CATS jokes (Memory, all alone in the mooonlight, etc). Melody, on the other hand, is fairly nice and definately grows with a kid. Melly is also a really cute nick-name.

Hehe, my name is Melanie and I would die if someone called me Melly. Mel is ok with me though. :-)

Melody for the girl.

Rogan kind of reminds me of Scooby-Doo trying to say "Logan."

Melody.

Rogan reminds me of Ronald Regan. I like Logan much better.

Melody definitely.
The name is actually growing on me, though, which is weird because I don't usually like floaty names like that.

Rogan reminds me of Rogaine, like the poster above. :P

Melody. It's actually a name.

How about Ronan? Rogan makes me think of Fear Factor.

I had a speech class with a guy named Rogan. He was really nice. It's definitely a very masculine sounding name, as opposed to Logan, which I've heard on both boys and girls.

Definitely Melody and Logan...or Regan! But don't care for Rogan or Memory. Memory wouldn't be bad though, if it wasn't so close to Mammory. LOL

If I had to chose I'd pick Melody because that is an established name. Memory sounds like it was made up.

I don't mind Rogan (Although I think of the curry!) But I think Logan is nicer

I like Memory. My only problem is that I'm on this "how will it look on a business card" kick and Memory would looks silly. I like it, though.

And I like Rogan, too. My nephew is named Logan so I'd never use it, but I like it and it passes the card test:)

Memory might end up sometimes sounds nostalgic and wistful. I dunno. I mean, it's a pretty word, I guess, but I definitely don't like it as a name.

I like Melody and, even better, Melanie. And I don't like Rogan much. I agree that it sounds like Scooby Doo saying Logan, haha. I like Ronan?

Melody. Memory is too weird, but Melody isn't that ridiculous of a first name, and she could go by Mel. Mem as a nickname sounds weird, lol.

Rogan isn't horrible, but I prefer Logan. It's too much like the add-a-letter-to-Aidan-to-make-it-unique trend.

Melody all the way. And I'm not a fan of Rogan.
