My fiance James and I are getting married on November 24th. We want to start a family soon after, so I have been brainstorming names for a few months. There are a few on my list I am not too sure of, but they are just ideas. James is fairly indecisive, and it is hard to get an opinion out of him about anything. When the time comes, I want to at least have a starting point for the discussion of names. So without further ado, here is the list:

Thanks! We chose November 24th because it is around Thanksgiving so we both have time off from work/school, and actually it is also our 3rd anniversary (dating). Now we won't have to remember a new anniversary for our wedding!

I really like Scarlet Jane. They complement each other, Scarlet being such a dramatic name, but the Jane gives it such a classy edge. If your daughter's name would have any effect on her, I think Scarlet Jane would have a really good one!

Oh, and have you considered Holden for a first name? I know a little boy with that name and it's beautiful on him.

you're so lucky, almost anything flows with Russell!
the ones I'd avoid for sure are the ones with a final double 'l' sound, like Noelle, because it's quite a mouthful. Otherwise, I like most of your girl's names and quite some of the boy's.

True, I didn't think about that with the double L at the end. James's sister is Melissa Noelle, so that's where I got that name.

Seems like a lot of people like Liam Nathaniel! It is one of my top choices as well.

Wow, we have really similar tastes.

I actually voted yes for Molly Jane - normally I hate my first name, but it's so sweet with Jane! (My mn is Kate, which I actually like with it as well. I used to go by both names, but I got lazy ;) ) I like Scarlett, but not the "Scarlet" spelling. And there are some names I like but don't like in combination, like Juliet Bailey. I like both names a lot, but they don't work together for me.

Loved a lot of the other names too. Just one little thing...even though I like Noelle better than Ivy, I think Ivy Noelle sounds better than Noelle Ivy ;)
