I like Nathaniel, but not the way you have it spelled. That's a good spelling for Gaige/Gauge.

I don't ever see the point of naming a kid something and calling them something totally different from the get-go.

the way i have it spelled is how it was spelled in the Bible - one of Christ's apostles (most often believed to be the same as bartholomew)

:D it's meant to be a biblical name - ergo, it stays that way. :)

ty; i also love the name Gaige. as for using it as a nn for Asher Gaige, it's in my mind, with the last name, it doesn't flow well the other way around. but i'd prolly be more open to just calling him asher and seein as he gets older which name he preferred.

I love Elizabeth Roisin, with nn Elly. That is so beautiful and cute! =)
I also really like Abigail Raelin, nn Abby Rae. It sounds hippie-ish to me (but that might just be me loving the 60's ;)) which I like.

Nathanael Ryan, Sean Andrew, Liam Michael, and Asher Gaige are great. Two things, though: (1) I'd spell Gaige as Gage, without the i. It looks weird with it to me, for some reason, and everyone I've ever known with the name Gage has spelled it that way; (2) If you're going to call your son Gaige, why not name him Gaige Asher? That said, I much prefer Asher to Gaige, so I'd totally stick to Asher Gaige and call him Asher. I think calling them by their middle names just makes it confusing when it doesn't need to be.

I really dislike Cameron, but yay for spelling it right! :) I get so sick of seeing Camryn and Kameron and the other horrendous variations.

For the girls, I really like Catherine Amara and Lorelai Amara. I like Amara as a middle name for Catherine more, though, so I'd stick with that. I really like Abigail and Elizabeth, too, but I'm not a huge fan of Raelin or Roisin. Vivienne is okay, but I don't love it the way I do Catherine, Abigail, and Elizabeth.

I really like Liam Michael and Sean Andrew (though I think Andrew Sean would sound better). The rest...not so much. Gaige is just such a strange name (seriously, why would you want to give your child a name that sounds like gauge?) and Cameron and Nathaniel sound kind of gross to me. It doesn't help the only people I've known with those names I really don't like.

As for your girls' names...eh. I really really like Elizabeth Roisin (assuming Roisin would be pronounced the correct way) but I'm not a big fan of the nick-name Elly. I prefer Lizzie or Beth. The rest of them I'm kind of ambivilent on, although Amara and Sarai kind of bother me. Why not Sarah instead of Sarai?

i know Gaige isn't popular, but i really like it. it's an old french name. pretty in my eyes and unique enough.

well, the only Cameron's & Nathan's i've ever known were absolute dollfaces. :D

and yes, Roisin WOULD be pronounced as it is in Eire. ;) the reason i'm partial to that nn instead of the others, is b/c practically EVERY little girl with the name Elizabth goes by: Lizzy, Liz, Eliza or Beth. i love the solidity of the name, but want my little girl to have some kind of seperation.

well, Amara is a German name meaning 'steadfast' - and is part of my heritage.

Sarai is the OT name of Abram's wife, and i always preferred it to Sarah/Sara - which many people have as a name today.

i like all your boy names. though, if you want to call the child Gaige, why not just name him that? i only say that because i notice both times you've used it as a middle name, you want to call him that lol... Gaige Asher or Gaige Cameron both sound good, i like Gaige Ashton, too, if you are into that name at all?

i like your girls names, except i'm not too fond of Elizabeth Roisin, it doesn't flow well to me.

Sean is my brothers name and Catherine is my mothers, so those picks make me happy! especially since you spelled sean the "right" way and used a C for Catherine.

I much prefer William nicknamed Liam, and I don't love Amara, even though usually I like German names (I've never met a German named that, and I currently live there). I really like Catherine, Elizabeth, Andrew, and I like Sean, Ryan, Michael, Abigail, Nathaniel/Nathanael (I prefer the former spelling, but your reasoning makes sense so whichever).
