I just watched a movie where they named the baby in it, Genevieve.  What do you think of the name?

I like it.  It's better than Jennifer and other Jen/Gen names.

I like the name, but I hate its nicknames: Jen/Gen, Jenny/Genny. I wish it could stay on its own but it's far too long for that. Maybe Ginny? I like that one, though it has Harry Potter written all over it.

I seem to always see/hear it in my head pronounced as zhahn-vee-evv, though, and that seems pretentious/very few others would see it like that. It was my name in French class in high school.

I like it jenn-uhh-veev though too. :)
